Students explore how laws are defined, created, implemented and interpreted by reviewing the parties involved in the law, the history of the legal system, the sources and divisions of law and the court system in Canada. Emphasis is on the detailed examination of the Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
