This foundational business course is aimed at giving students a practical introduction to the marketing process and the activities of marketers. Students will be exposed to and have to apply their understanding of external and internal
analyses, strategic marketing planning, marketing research, and consumer behaviour. Students will also explore corporate social responsibility and the ethical implications of marketing actions.
