Course Description
Baking class with Chef John quickly becomes one of the fondest memories of students coming through the program, now enhanced by learning in our state-of-the-art, newly renovated hands-on baking and pastry labs. You will learn how to prepare bread and other yeasted doughs, pies, cakes, éclairs and so much more in small classes with one-on-one demonstration, guidance and support.
